Field notes

Notes from the build.

Sectech builds security hardware in Lebanon — from self-hosted AI video to motorcycle alarms. This is where we write down what the work actually teaches us: the deployment problems, the cheap fixes, the hardware we had to design ourselves, and the details that never make it into a datasheet. Practical notes, written after the thing has been running in the field.
